By bus
San Polo is connected with Rome by the CO.TRA.L bus service (the regional transport consortium), line Rome-Palombara or Rome-Tivoli. The terminus in Rome is "Ponte Mammolo", in connection with the stop of the Underground - line B.
By train
From Tiburtina Station in Rome, take the Rome-Pescara line, Marcellina-Palombara station then via CO.TRA.L. bus service.
